Vice President, Nonprofit Effectiveness

Heather works closely with Talbott Talent's nonprofit clients to implement solutions that increase their effectiveness in delivering their mission. With nearly two decades of experience as a talent development leader, she has extensive experience designing, implementing and managing talent solutions. Heather's experience spans talent management, recruitment, executive coaching, change management, employee engagement, culture transformation, and leadership development.

 

Heather earned her undergraduate and master's degrees from Indiana University. Working with nonprofit organizations aligns her career expertise with her core values of social good and civic service. Heather is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
