Iris Cotton brings over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and recruiting across both corporate and nonprofit sectors. She started her career in banking and accounting before transitioning into recruiting, where she discovered her passion for connecting great people with meaningful work—and never looked back.

Iris has recruited for Family Development Services, one of Indiana’s largest early childhood education providers, where she developed expertise in assessing hiring needs, recruiting mission-driven professionals, and supporting an organization dedicated to community impact. Prior to that, she worked in corporate HR and RPO roles, sourcing top talent across diverse industries.

She holds a Professional Recruiting Certificate (PRC) and is known for her ability to listen, connect, and deliver top-tier candidates.
