Leah is recognized as a trusted advisor to nonprofit executives and boards of directors. Beginning her work with nonprofits in 1999, Leah has held C-level positions and provided financial and governance consulting to organizations across the country.

Leah earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, her MBA from the University of Indianapolis, and is recognized as a Certified Association Executive by the American Society of Association Executives. She has served as a member of the board of directors of the Indiana Society of Association Executives and Board Treasurer of Art With a Heart. Leah currently serves on the board of directors of The O'Connor House.

With nearly two decades of experience as a talent development leader, Heather has extensive experience designing, implementing and managing talent solutions. Heather's experience spans talent management, recruitment, executive coaching, change management, employee engagement, culture transformation, and leadership development. Heather earned her undergraduate and master's degrees from Indiana University. Today, Heather works exclusively with nonprofit and socially conscious organizations, aligning her career expertise with her core values of social good and civic service. Heather is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.


Business Manager

Kristin’s career began as an RN, and her success within her nursing career took her from the hospital, to home care, to management, and on to insurance and hospital utilization. She went on to apply her experience and expertise as a Nurse Advocate and Team Manager to business ownership with her husband; their business won Franchise of the Year in 2019. Kristin has been a part of Life Leadership for over 16 years.


Executive Recruiter

Nancy brings over a decade of experience in recruitment to the Talbott Talent team. She also started and ran a successful investment company for over ten years. Nancy is actively involved with the University High School of Indiana, an independent college preparatory school. She has served on the executive committee, as a member on the Board of Trustees, and has established a scholarship fund.

With over 25 years of HR experience, Dawn has served as a trusted advisor to executive management and has been responsible for full life cycle recruiting, strategic planning, policy and procedure development, developing targeted employee training opportunities to enhance company culture, and internal career mobility. She has experience in corporate-wide programs, including reorganization, employee engagement, and lean process improvement. Additionally, Dawn has driven execution of annual human resource processes and programs, performance management, talent assessment and reviews, individual development planning, and merit and promotion cycle. She is adept at partnering with an organization’s leaders to ensure business solutions are executed proactively and working with managers to partner on all employee issues.


Dawn holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in Human Resources Administration from Western Illinois University and completed Northwestern University’s Mini-MBA program.

Sarah has over a decade of experience in marketing and design, striving to deliver content in an effective, engaging and sustainable way. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
