As Chief of Staff at Talbott Talent, Scott Semester supports company operations, strategy, and business development. He serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, aligns internal processes, and ensures the team excels at delivering results for clients.

Scott brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, executive support, and project management. Prior to joining Talbott Talent, he supported the leadership teams at the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation and Shalom Health Care Center, where he coordinated special projects, board relations, and internal operations. He holds a Chief of Staff Certification from Nova and is known for his ability to step into complex situations and bring clarity and calm.

Outside of work, Scott is a longtime performer in the Indianapolis arts scene, sings in local choirs, and co-hosts the Big Broadway Sing-Along. He’s also a passionate home cook and crossword puzzler.
