Megan Crowhurst works to enhance the operational efficiency of Talbott Talent and the effectiveness of its leadership team.

Megan has more than a decade of nonprofit experience, most recently with a boutique marketing firm and adult literacy program. Having spent her career working with nonprofits, Megan is driven by helping organizations do their best work, and in turn, meeting the needs of their clients and communities.

Megan holds bachelor's and master's degrees in sports marketing from University of Illinois and Illinois State University. She is based in Monticello, Illinois. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Casey and children, Calvin and Olivia. In her minimal free time, Megan is an avid Peloton user and loves watching college basketball – Go Illini!
